Welcome to Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners (YAWP), the exclusive networking group for young female practitioners in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). All ArbitralWomen members under the age of 40 are automatically connected to YAWP, offering a unique platform for idea sharing, building professional relationships, and growth in international arbitration.

The purpose of YAWP is to advance the interests of young female practitioners in ADR by promoting diversity, providing professional development opportunities, and facilitating meaningful connections with experienced professionals worldwide.
YAWP Programs and Benefits
Skill Development and Networking Events
YAWP organizes numerous events annually, both in-person and virtually, focused on networking, enhancing technical and soft skills, and professional development for international arbitration lawyers. Since its inaugural event in 2016, YAWP has organized over 50 events globally.
YAWP Speakers Panel
Expands opportunities for YAWP members to serve as moderators, speakers, or volunteers at arbitration events organized or supported by ArbitralWomen and YAWP worldwide.
Mentorship Program
The ArbitralWomen Mentorship Program connects experienced practitioners with less experienced or aspiring practitioners, providing guidance and support to advance their careers in international dispute resolution.
Parental Mentorship Program
This program aims to connect pregnant members or new mothers with other members who have recently balanced motherhood with a career in ADR, offering opportunities for YAWP and ArbitralWomen members to share their experiences as parents.
